Vinicius Jr Offers Apology to The Madrid Club Fans
The forward has registered 5 strikes in ten domestic competition matches during the current campaign.
The Madrid giants attacker Vinicius Jr has said sorry to supporters for his reaction when replaced in Sunday's fiery Clasico clash win.
Vinicius was replaced in the 72nd minute and expressed his frustration by heading directly down the tunnel.
The Brazilian subsequently came back to the dugout and, after his side's narrow triumph, tried to confront Barça's Lamine Yamal during contentious post-match scenes.
"This day I want to express regret to all the Real Madrid fans for my behavior when I was replaced in the derby," the player wrote on X.

"Sometimes emotion takes over me because I always want to win and help my club. My determined nature stems from the love I feel for this club and each thing it stands for."
Vinicius moved to the Spanish capital from Brazil in the year 2018 for £38.7m and has accumulated over a century of strikes in 335 appearances.
But his future in the La Liga is unclear with reports in lately indicating that Real would think about allowing the 25-year-old leave if they obtained a appropriate bid.
When the winger was replaced on that day, cameras from broadcaster Dazn picked him up saying: "Again me! I'm leaving the team! It's better if I depart, I'm moving on."
In his latest message on X, the athlete said: "I vow to keep battling constantly for the good of the club, as I have done since the very beginning."
